Devil’s Pool at Victoria Falls This destination has been peeking curiosity forever, but is still captivating. I never would have believed that you could swim at the edge of one of the worlds highest waterfalls and live to tell someone about it. These are among the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. At the top of the falls lies a pool of water that escapes the rivers main currents to form a natural basin and a very cool place to take a swim. Great place to bring the kids for a swim.

The Zambezi River, which is more than 2 km wide at this point, plunges noisily down a series of basalt gorges and raises an iridescent mist that can be seen more than 20 km away. though it was cold & not long after our drive back home did i realize some scratches
strangely i didnt feel them in the water, but after a while they started burning.
oh well it was exciting and once in a lifetime opportunity,
anyone who has the chance should go there

That’s fascinating in a weird manner….although I would like to try out something more conventional…what about river rafting in Snake River, Idaho…..got some good options like this one:
